Everything starts with high-quality raw material. Our tannery is composed of areas meeting ISO standards, top grade raw materials are processed with high-tech machines by experienced craftsmen. All leathers and furs applied are high-quality, and we offer our customers special color and foil/print options in order to ensure them to reach the desired quality level. The efficiency of our application ability allows us to offer our customers rich options. Our tannery performs preliminary examination and tests on the leathers made ready for manufacturing and can also conduct detailed material tests such as Material Analysis (FTIR), pH Value, Chromium VI, AZO Dyestuff, etc. upon request.
Established in 1993, Ensari Group is one of the world’s largest integrated leather, suede and shearling producers. We supply Chanel, Prada, Polo, Lacoste, Hugo Boss, Beymen, Network and Tween amongst many others. With an annual production capacity of 1,000,000 sq ft 6.000.000 feet, Ensari Leather is one of Turkey and the World’s largest suede and leather producers and one of the World’s top five shearling factories The quality of our products, systems and processes is independently audited to ISO 9001.
Most of our skins are of Spanish origin and our specialty is Spanish entrefino / Merino, Toscana and Rassado lamb skin in the light / fine goods category. Among the services we provide are production of crust lamb skin ready for tanning / dying. Ensari Leather processes shearling lamb leather for many of the World’s most famous brands.
